Our Passion

The Little Bradley Estate is home to the Clifton-Brown family. The estate is run by Colin & Emily who have lived here since 1994. Over that time they have continuously looked to create new opportunities on the estate whilst still farming the land to the highest environmental and conservation standards. Many 1000’s of trees and hedging plants have been and continue to be planted around the estate along with special pollen and nectar strips for the wildlife. Diversification has been essential, firstly with the transformation of an old timber-framed grain store into a popular local wedding venue – The Garden Barn at Little Bradley Hall – and now with it’s expanding portfolio of country retreats.

Teaming with the sights and sounds of a diverse bounty of local wildlife, Little Bradley Estate is a picturesque patchwork of manicured fields, wildflower meadows and bustling hedgerows, well-known for its sensational sunsets throughout the year. A far cry from noisy farmyards, guests can enjoy the very best parts of staying on a private, family-run farm. From the daily wood-pigeon wake-up call, to the many horses and sheep that graze the land, it a supremely tranquil and secluded corner of Suffolk, that we are delighted to share the secrets of with our guests.

Secluded moated manor house with drawing room, dining room, kitchen with Aga, sitting room and separate children’s TV room. 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large garden and terrace with outside seating and fire pit.

LODGE COTTAGE

Fabulous Grade II gate cottage | Sleeps 4

Set at the entrance to Little Bradley Hall with views over stunning parkland, Lodge Cottage has a well- equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. Sun terrace with outside seating and fire pit.

Beds really comfortable with good quality bedding (a priority for me!)! We had planned some day trips but the area was so lovely we just stayed locally- going on a local walks, and using the garden games. Our children enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the lane and playing football on the field outside the house.”
