It is part of the Little Bradley Estate and sits within rolling countryside surrounded by fields and trees, it makes the perfect rural retreat. The house has been furnished to the highest standard to provide an extremely comfortable home away from home. Located down a private drive close to Little Bradley, it is a 10 minute drive to Haverhill with lots of amenities like a cinema, leisure centre, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also ideally situated for visiting the centre of British Racing at Newmarket (10 miles), historic Bury St Edmunds (16 miles), the famous University City of Cambridge (20 miles) along with many medieval market towns.

Additional information
There is a very large drive and parking area at Norley Moat House. There is an EV charger attached to the house which you are welcome to use but we do make a charge for this of £30 per charge.
Norley Moat House is surrounded by a water filled moat although this is fenced and gated on the house side of the moat. Please make sure young children and vulnerable guests are supervised at all times while in the garden and grounds.
Please remember Norley Moat House is situated on a working farm and care needs to be taken when farm machinery is around. Please do not approach or climb on any unattended machinery.
There are no stair gates fitted in this house.
There is an Aga oven in the kitchen. In the hot summer months this is turned off but if you would like it lit do ask in advance. Please do not alter the controls of the Aga yourselves. Someone is always available to pop in and adjust the settings.

Beds really comfortable with good quality bedding (a priority for me!)! We had planned some day trips but the area was so lovely we just stayed locally- going on a local walks, and using the garden games. Our children enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the lane and playing football on the field outside the house.”
