Each is situated within its own peaceful rural haven, creating the perfect setting for those looking to get away from it all, whether that be for a much needed vacation or special celebration.

With eclectic and imaginative interiors, sumptuous and well-appointed furniture, as well as extensive outdoor space, our properties will make you rethink the traditional notion of a farm stay. We pride ourselves on creating imaginative spaces indoors and out. Every sofa, armchair and duvet has been specifically selected based on its supreme comfort factor, and from the latest mod-cons to the original Agas, we have seamlessly blended the modern with the traditional features, to create tasteful country retreats bursting with character. Each property has its own outdoor terrace complete with ample dining facilities, encouraging guests to share unforgettable al fresco moments throughout their stay.

Secluded moated manor house with drawing room, dining room, kitchen with Aga, sitting room and separate children’s TV room. 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large garden and terrace with outside seating and fire pit.

LODGE COTTAGE

Set at the entrance to Little Bradley Hall with views over stunning parkland, Lodge Cottage has a well- equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. Sun terrace with outside seating and fire pit.

“We had a fabulous stay at Cowlinge Hall during October half term. Celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary with all the family, the hall was a perfect place to do this. Beds really comfortable with good quality bedding (a priority for me!)! We had planned some day trips but the area was so lovely we just stayed locally- going on a local walks, and using the garden games. Our children enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the lane and playing football on the field outside the house.”
